The Contacts area of the web site is your personal address book. When you click on the Contacts link - which will appear in the white box below your User group name - you will see this:

Add a Category - In the top right you can click Add and create new categories, such as family, golf, work etc etc.
Add a Contact - Click on the contact category title where you want to add a new entry (top right). On the next screen click Add Contact. Then simply fill out the FORM with their address and contact details.
Search for a Contact - Use the search facility as shown above.
